Mammoet Liehberr LTF 1030-3
Good Evening Group (or morning depending on where in the world you are!). This last week was a very successful project week in the shop and I not only completed the following model conversion, but also managed to perform some repairs to models that are listed in the classifieds for sale. A total of seven completed models!
For your viewing pleasure is a neat crane that I picked up at the DHS Auction this past open house. When I saw it I knew it was going to look great in Mammoet livery, as part of the European fleet. This is a Liebherr LTF 1030-3 crane. I like the Mercedes cab over truck frame with a complete crane module that gets added. A very neat little truck and crane combo. I especially like how the front outriggers stow away and swing outward, instead of the standard slide out. For your viewing pleasure, the LTF1030-3:

Oh and by the way, I got tired of writing checks to the landscaping company this summer, so I went and bought a garden tractor, a Simplicity, used off of ebay. Maybe my next Mammoet conversion………
