Kamatsu 930E Mining Truck - Museum Quality
I am offering for a sale a very unique, museum quality piece of Komatsu Haulpak mining equipment, the 930E Mining Truck. This is number 111 of 300 produced by Dave Sharp (Precise Works, Inc) of Indiana.
These models were commissioned by Komatsu as part of the terms and conditions of the sale of the first 42 actual 930E trucks, which each shipped with one. These models are very rare and have a limited availability to the hobby.
These models are all hand built and are made out of white metal, diecast and casting resign. The detail is beyond belief and includes a completely detailed Cummins Diesel Power plant, duplicated in precise detail under license from Cummins. The tires are also manufactured under license from Bridgestone-and each tire bears their logo, the tire model number and size. Air intakes and exhaust are completely visible and complete the detail on this unbelievable model.
It is mounted on a hardwood display board and the unit bears a serial numbered plate affixed to the front of the unit. Komatsu paid $1000.00 per copy of the units when originally produced. The unit comes in its original packaging and is in Mint Condition. It has never been displayed and has been out of its package only for these photos Cost $1500.00
